Since 1955, WAKUNAGA has been developing pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements that contribute to the public’s over all health. Their mission is to serve society’s public’s health through the development of outstanding products by using unique technology in a way that values the environment and its resources.
Wakunaga of America has been developing their family of products since the 1950’s, giving them a chance to develop a large family of outstanding products while continuously developing more. They also partner with sister companies in the development of their products giving them a large product portfolio. In past times a company such as this would have its own art department dedicated to the branding and packaging of their products, but with the changing technological times and new freelance design services Wakunaga chose to move from an internal art department to an external one. For the most part their core branding had been established, so they needed a team that would be able to adapt their style and be able to maintain it as they develop future products. Being a large corporate company with tight deadlines they also needed a team with the ability to be available at a moments notice and turn around work similar to what an in house art department would produce.
Babilon Arts was originally created as a support to or replacement for large corporation art departments. Our creative director has led and developed successful art departments for several corporations. Through the use of her management skill set, training and development Babilon Arts has been successful at customizing the design process for each of our clients to have them each experience that their projects are a priority. We have been successful at adopting Wakunaga’s branding and have brought them innovative ideas for their new product packaging. Our partnership with them has not only provided them with the basic day to day items they need completed but also has challenged both, them and us, to develop new creative ideas that otherwise would not have been possible.
